Return & Refund Policy

At Malvish, we care about product quality, customer satisfaction, and product hygiene. Because some of our products may be intended for personal or pet use, we recommend reviewing all product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, and care instructions carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after receiving the product

  • You selected the incorrect size, style, color, or product variation

  • The item has been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • The item contains pet hair, stains, odors, or other signs of use

  • The original packaging, tags, accessories, or included materials are missing

  • The item was customized, personalized, or made according to your specifications

  • The item was marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

This does not affect your rights if the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@malvish.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Photos of the product packaging and shipping label, where applicable

We will review the information and determine whether a refund, replacement, or other appropriate solution is available.

Please do not return any product before receiving return instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Return Authorization

All returns must be reviewed and approved by Malvish before being shipped.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide the return address and any additional instructions. Products must be returned in the condition required by our instructions and within the specified return period.

Sending a product to the company address listed below without authorization does not guarantee that the return will be accepted.

Return Shipping

For approved returns involving a confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Malvish will provide the appropriate return, replacement, or refund instructions.

For any other return approved at our discretion, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees and express shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part or a confirmed product issue.

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or delivered to an unauthorized address.

Refunds

Once your refund request or returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. The exact processing time depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at support@malvish.com.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered processing, production, or shipment. Orders that have already shipped must follow the applicable return conditions described in this policy.
