Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days — $9.99

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $69

  • Express Shipping: 5–7 business days — $19.99

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email containing your tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and cancellation may no longer be possible. Please review your order and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Sizing & Fit

What if the item does not fit my rabbit?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

Please review the product measurements and size guide carefully before ordering. If your rabbit is between sizes, choosing the larger size may provide a more comfortable fit.

How do I know if an outfit is too tight?

You should be able to comfortably fit two fingers between the fabric and your rabbit’s body.

Remove the item immediately if your rabbit appears uncomfortable, stressed, restricted, or unable to move naturally.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We only accept return or refund requests submitted within 7 days of delivery when an item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or covered in pet hair.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us at support@malvish.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label, where applicable

Please wait for our approval and return instructions before sending anything back.

How long does a refund take?

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Care & Safety

How should I wash the clothing?

We recommend hand washing in cold water using a mild, pet-safe detergent.

Allow the item to air dry. Do not use bleach or tumble dry unless the product’s care instructions specifically state otherwise.

Can I leave my rabbit unattended while wearing an outfit?

No. Rabbits should always be supervised while wearing clothing, harnesses, collars, or fashion accessories.

Remove the item immediately if your rabbit shows signs of stress, discomfort, chewing, restricted movement, or difficulty breathing.
